I got myself a Eufy wireless video doorbell. At first, I was a little unsure since I hadn't come across Buzz before, and the price felt almost too good to be real. But I figured it was worth a shot since I could use Paypal and easily get my money back if things went south. Everything turned out just fine. The package showed up just two days after I placed the order, and I got emails confirming my order and its dispatch. The video doorbell is now installed and functioning as it should. It's definitely the real deal from Eufy.

I had my doubts about ordering from Buzz after reading some reviews. However, since there seemed to be more positive than negative feedback, I decided to give it a shot. I placed an order for a 100ml bottle of Sauvage on Christmas Day through Buzz Retail. It showed up this morning, which is pretty impressive considering it was a holiday order. I reached out for tracking info and got a response back quickly. This place is definitely not a scam; it’s the real deal! The aftershave is absolutely genuine, not a knockoff!

Wow, I gotta say, this is one of the best companies I've dealt with in 2022! At first, I thought it might be a scam due to the low prices, but after checking out some positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I picked up 3 perfumes that were way cheaper than anything else I found online or in stores, even with my employee discount. The site mentioned that the Christmas deadline had already passed, but I was pleasantly surprised to get 2 of my items before the holiday. I only reached out to customer service to ask about the last item, and they got back to me super quick with a tracking number. Just got my final item today. All the perfumes are legit and just what I wanted. I'm definitely gonna share my new find, Buzz-retail.com, with everyone and keep an eye out for more deals soon.

Today, I got my hands on a Tassimo MY WAY 2. I placed my order on Christmas Eve, and it showed up in just 4 days. And the best part? The price was an unbelievably low £49.99, all delivered right to my door.

I had to reach out to B R CS right away because of a mix-up on my end. But no worries! I got a quick response (even with it being Christmas) from a wonderful lady named Jessica, a customer service exec, who was super helpful in fixing my mistake. You don’t see that kind of awesome customer service every day, folks.

After a few months, our purchase just quit on us. Buzz retail handled it with the seller and got us a replacement sent out. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was some communication hiccup during the process. I reckon the manufacturer caused the hold-up, but a little update would’ve been nice.

I placed an order for a DeLonghi radiator on June 11th (Sunday) and it arrived on August 11th (Tuesday morning). Fantastic product, excellent price, and super quick delivery! I'm completely happy with my purchase.

I was honestly taken aback - this was the lowest price I’ve found for the product I purchased by around £50, and it arrived in just 4 days. I’ll surely be back to shop again if I spot something else I fancy!

I ordered the MEATER on a Sunday, and it showed up on Tuesday. The price was great, and the delivery was super fast. I was surprised to find out it shipped from Costco!

I placed an order on this site, but I never got any updates about when it was supposed to arrive.

After waiting for two weeks, I had to reach out to them, only to find out that they claimed delivery had already been attempted.

They did reschedule the delivery, but this time the courier supposedly dropped my package off at a neighbor's place. I live on a small street and know all my neighbors, and not a single one took my delivery.

STAY AWAY from this company; they'll take your cash but won't get your order to you.

My order was marked as shipped on October 14th, but I still haven't gotten my item. I reached out to Buzz Retail via email two times and got no reply. I'd suggest avoiding them.

I always make sure to verify the company’s site and read reviews before I place an order. Let me tell ya, this business is totally legit! I got myself a Hotel Chocolat VELVETISER, and it showed up right on time thanks to DPD. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a Tassimo coffee maker on October 4th and received a shipping notification on the 6th. However, over a week passed and it still hadn’t shown up. I’ve been trying to get help from the so-called 'customer service' team to track it down, but they’re ignoring me. As a nurse, I really can’t afford to lose £60 of my hard-earned cash. There’s no phone number to call, just an email, and nobody is responding. I’m thinking about raising a dispute with PayPal.

I got an email from Jessica in customer service who explained that there was an attempted delivery on October 10th by Parcel Force. They didn’t leave a calling card, so I had no idea. She provided me with the consignment details, and I managed to get in touch with a really helpful guy at Parcel Force. I finally located my coffee machine at a post office not too far from my place. So, I take back my earlier negative feedback since it wasn’t Buzz’s fault—though they didn’t reply to my first inquiry, I might have used the wrong address. Anyway, the machine is fantastic, my daughter is over the moon, and best of all, it was £37 less than what I found on Amazon. Thanks a bunch! xx

Wow! I snagged some Nike kicks for £25 cheaper than any other place on Friday morning, and they showed up the very next day on Saturday with no delivery charge! Just fantastic - thanks a bunch! 👍
